While tech is leading the way into the future we cannot disregard the human effect. With infinite potential we humans are irreplaceable. That is my philosophy in the grand scheme of things. UPSKILL NOW is a passion project, and something very close to my heart and soul. The reason I say that is because it’s not about just any position that needs to be filled, it’s about the core of UPSKILL NOW to fulfill the positions and create new opportunities for the special people around us. Those that can, those that will, and those that do. Person with Disabilities (PWD) are people who deserve to be amongst the workforce, amongst acceptance and amongst inclusion. Having had personal experiences in my career that spans over 25 years, I have felt that the diamonds that shine the brightest are the ones that are the rarest ones, and truly UPSKILL NOW gives a voice, and a platform to these deserving diamonds to shine bright.
